1. Payment upon booking (deposit): 40%
2. Payment (remaining balance): 60% in cash on-site at the time of key handover. If you prefer to transfer the remaining balance before your trip, we will provide you with the relevant bank details.

Arrival and Departure: Arrival and departure dates are highlighted in bold on the availability calendar.

• Arrival: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed upon)
• Departure: by 10:00 AM (unless otherwise agreed upon) Arrival outside of the office hours is possible by prior arrangement.

Occupancy of Vacation Accommodations: Any additional occupancy of the accommodation must be reported in advance. Children from the age of 4 are considered full persons. "Youth groups not allowed" means: Groups of young people (up to 25 years) are not accepted. In the event of non-compliance, access to the accommodation will not be granted. Young families with children are not affected by this rule.

Services: The offered services, such as extra occupancy, bed linen, towels, etc. (if not included in the rental price), can be ordered directly from us. All services are payable on-site at the time of key handover.

Internet-WiFi: Please pre-order the WiFi device at least 3 weeks before your trip. Reception may vary depending on the location of the accommodation. If you plan to bring a pet, please let us know what kind of pet it is (cat/dog, size, breed if possible). In the peak season, it is advisable to pre-order bed linen and towels; in the off-season, enough bed linen and towels are generally available.

Security Deposit: A security deposit must be provided on-site at the time of key handover. This will be refunded via bank transfer within one week after proper return of the rental property. The deposit can be made by credit card or in cash. A separate deposit may be required for pets, depending on the rental property.

Security Deposit for Youth Groups: An additional deposit of €150 per person is required for the booking of a holiday house, or €75 per person for an apartment. This will be refunded one week after departure, provided the rental property is returned in proper condition. Parties in general and noise after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited! In case of violation, the customer must leave the accommodation without any entitlement to a refund of the amounts paid.

Tourist Tax: The fee is €1 per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights payable. The tourist tax is payable from the age of 17. Children and young people up to 16 years are exempt from the tourist tax. To avoid unnecessary waiting times at the office upon arrival, please print the registration form and send it to us before your trip, so we can forward the completed form.
