On the ground floor, you will find an inviting living/dining room with a TV, perfect for cozy evenings. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and provides everything you need for your meals. A guest WC is also available. From here, you can access a beautiful covered terrace, ideal for lounging and relaxation.

Upstairs, there are two comfortable double bedrooms as well as two single bedrooms, all ensuring restful nights. Two modern bathrooms offer additional comfort. A special highlight is the lovely terrace on the upper floor, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the holiday resort.

The holiday home also features a spacious garage equipped with a washing machine. Direct access to the communal area with the large swimming pool makes this house the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation on the Costa Brava.
