This spacious holiday home spans two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living and dining area with a fireplace and satellite TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. This level also features a modern bathroom and access to a generous covered terrace. On the upper floor, there are five double bedrooms and another modern bathroom. The basement includes a separate living studio with a double bed, its own bathroom, and a laundry room with a washing machine.

The enclosed property offers a sun terrace with a private swimming pool, operational from June 2 to October 12, 2024. For enjoyable barbecue evenings, there is a built-in barbecue area. Parking is available on the premises.

This holiday villa is the perfect vacation spot to enjoy the sun, the sea, and the tranquility of the Costa Dorada, while unwinding and escaping the stresses of daily life.
