The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Also on this floor are three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which includes a convenient washing machine. From the lower level, you can access a beautiful covered terrace, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing hours in the shade. On the upper level, there is an additional double bedroom and another bathroom.

The villa is set on a private, enclosed property offering privacy. The spacious sun terrace invites you to unwind after a refreshing swim in the private pool and enjoy the sunshine. The private pool is the perfect place to cool off and relax on hot days. There is also a parking space available in front of the house.

Additionally, you can use the communal tennis court in the neighborhood to stay active and enjoy some sports.

The town is divided into two areas: the original Llançà-Ort, which is centered around the charming, historic town square, Plaza Mayor, and the more modern Port de Llançà, which developed during the 20th century.
