The country house is located in the picturesque town of Canapost, only about 12 km from the breathtaking beaches of Pals and l'Estartit on the Costa Brava.

The finca extends over three floors and offers space for 8 people. On the ground floor you will find three inviting living areas, including a bright living room with fireplace and TV, a dining room, an additional lounge with table tennis, and a modern kitchen that is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom, and a beautiful covered terrace with direct access to the large pool terrace.
The mezzanine floor of the house houses a separate suite featuring a living area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. On the upper floor, you will find a spacious living room, three more double bedrooms, a bathroom, and access to a lovely terrace with panoramic views over the countryside.

The enclosed property includes a well-maintained garden with a large sun terrace, surrounded by flowers and plants, with a private swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and a WC.
