This modern holiday home offers you an unforgettable stay on the beautiful Costa Blanca. The exclusive villa is located near Altea, just about 3 km from La Olla beach, and from the sun terrace, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the sea.

The house spans two floors and combines style, comfort, and functionality. You will find a spacious living and dining area with satellite TV, which impresses with its bright and welcoming atmosphere. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired. A practical laundry room with a washing machine adds to your convenience.

The villa accommodates up to six guests in a total of four bedrooms. Two of these are double rooms, and the other two are single rooms. The two modern bathrooms are designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

From the living area, you have direct access to the large pool terrace, perfect for sunbathing and refreshing in the private swimming pool. The enclosed property guarantees you plenty of privacy and is equipped with a spacious sun terrace and a built-in barbecue – ideal for enjoyable evenings outdoors. An outdoor shower by the pool provides additional comfort.

There are three private parking spaces available for your vehicles. Furthermore, the bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate even during the warm summer months.
