The holiday home is spread over two floors. On the lower level, you will find a bright and airy living and dining room with a fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a guest toilet, and access to a lovely terrace with a built-in barbecue. On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The enclosed property offers plenty of privacy, a sun terrace for relaxation, and a parking space directly at the house.

The location is perfect for exploring the beaches, restaurants, and attractions of l'Escala as well as the picturesque coastline of the Costa Brava. A perfect retreat for a holiday in Spain.
