Spacious, modern vacation villa located between Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar on the stunning Costa Brava, just above the picturesque Cala Canyelles cove. The villa, which spans two floors, offers not only a private swimming pool but also breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living and dining area equipped with satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. This level also features two comfortable double bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned, as well as a bedroom with four beds. Two modern bathrooms provide additional comfort. From this floor, you have direct access to the extensive pool terrace, perfect for sunny days and relaxing hours by the pool.

On the upper floor, there is another spacious living and dining area, also with satellite TV, and an additional fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. This floor includes three double bedrooms and an extra bedroom with three beds. Two more bathrooms are available on this level. The beautiful terrace on this floor offers magnificent panoramic views of the mountains and is ideal for enjoying the day with a glass of wine or a meal.

The enclosed property features a brick barbecue for cozy BBQ evenings, a large sun terrace, and the private swimming pool that invites you to refresh and relax. Parking spaces are available in front of the house.
