On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living and dining room, equipped with a cozy fireplace and satellite TV. Here, you can relax and enjoy the stunning views through large panoramic windows. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. This floor also features a double bedroom and two guest toilets. Direct access to a covered terrace and the beautiful pool terrace, which boasts a fantastic panoramic sea view, completes this level.

On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. From here, you also have access to a spacious terrace, once again offering an unparalleled view of the sea.

On the generous, enclosed property, you'll find a barbecue house equipped with a stone grill, a large sun terrace, and the expansive private pool, complemented by an outdoor shower.

Parking is also available on the property.

Please note that the house's jacuzzi is currently unavailable, and the property manager lives in a completely separate apartment.
