This house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an inviting living and dining room, equipped with a fireplace and TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, offering everything you need for your meals. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bathroom. From here, you can access a beautiful covered terrace, perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors. On the upper floor, you will find three more double bedrooms, an additional bathroom, and a spacious terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea.

The holiday home is located on a fully enclosed property, which includes a brick-built barbecue area and a parking space. Additionally, there is a small pool (approximately 3 meters in diameter) in the garden for your enjoyment.

A bus stop is located near the house, offering direct access to the center of Lloret de Mar.
