This spacious villa impresses with its bright and airy living and dining area, equipped with a fireplace and TV. From here, you can step out onto a terrace that offers fantastic sea views. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The villa features five double bedrooms, including two luxurious suites and one bedroom with its own living area. The property has four modern bathrooms, a whirlpool, and a sauna for up to six people. The beautiful indoor pool (9x4m) can be heated for an additional fee. The water temperature of the indoor pool is set to room temperature. If heated water is desired during the off-season, a surcharge of €150 per night (minimum 5 nights) applies, with a 2-day advance notice required. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned.

The highlight of this impressive 7,000 m² estate is the expansive sun terrace with a 72 m² private swimming pool and an outdoor shower. Several terraces with cozy chill-out areas provide perfect spots for relaxation. The villa also features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue. The fully enclosed property ensures maximum privacy, and ample parking space is available.

In addition to the main villa, there is a separate, exclusive suite for two people with stunning sea views, which can be booked for an additional fee.

Deposit and Rules for Young Guests.

A deposit of €150 per person for the house and €75 per person for the studio apartment must be paid in cash for young guests. The deposit will be refunded one week after departure, provided the property is left in perfect condition. Parties and noise after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited. In case of violation, the guest must leave the property without any refund.
