The villa spans two floors: On the upper level, there is a living and dining room equipped with a fireplace and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and access to a large covered and glass-enclosed terrace with stunning panoramic sea views.

On the lower level, you’ll find an additional living room, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and another modern bathroom. This level also includes a practical laundry room with a washing machine. From here, you have direct access to the spacious pool terrace with the large private pool. (The swimming pool is filled with salt water.)

Access to the house is via a staircase, and parking is available directly in front of the property.
