On the upper level of the house, you’ll find a living and dining room equipped with a fireplace, a TV, and a double sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. This floor also features a double bedroom, a bedroom for three people, and a modern bathroom. From here, you have access to two beautiful terraces, one of which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea.

On the lower level, accessible via a separate entrance, there is a comfortable studio apartment. It includes a cozy living and dining area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, and a private bathroom. The studio opens directly onto the spacious pool terrace.

The property is fully enclosed and offers a large sun terrace with a private swimming pool and a cozy chill-out area.
