Payment Process for a Reservation
• Deposit: 40% of the rental price upon booking.
• Remaining payment: 60% on-site in cash upon key handover.
• Please make the remaining payment on-site in cash or by credit card.
If you wish to pay the remaining amount via bank transfer before your trip, we will gladly provide you with the necessary bank details.
Arrival and Departure
• Arrival: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed).
• Departure: by 10:00 AM (unless otherwise agreed).
• In the off-season, arrival and departure times are flexible.
• Arrival outside office hours is possible by prior arrangement.
• Arrival and departure days are marked in bold in the occupancy calendar of the vacation accommodations.
Occupancy of the Vacation Accommodation
• Any additional occupancy of the accommodation must be registered in advance.
• Children from the age of 4 are counted as full persons.
• "Youth groups not allowed" means: Groups of young people up to 25 years old cannot be accommodated. In case of non-compliance, access to the accommodation is not permitted. Young families with children are not affected by this rule.
Exception for Youth Groups
• For youth groups, an additional deposit of €200 per person is required when booking a holiday home, and €75 per person for a holiday apartment. This deposit will be refunded one week after departure, provided the rental property is handed over properly.
• Parties and noise after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited. If these rules are not followed, the accommodation must be vacated without any entitlement to a refund of the rental price.
Additional Services
Additional services such as extra occupancy, WiFi, or pets can be booked directly with us.
• All additional services must be paid for on-site at the key handover.
• Internet WiFi: Please pre-order the reception device at least 6 weeks before your trip (reception varies depending on the location of the accommodation).
• Pets: Please specify the type, size, and breed (if possible) when booking.
• Bed linen and towels: In the high season, we recommend pre-ordering; in the low season, they are usually available in sufficient quantity.
Deposit
A deposit must be provided at the key handover. This will be refunded upon the proper return of the rental property.
• The deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card.
