The house spans multiple floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living/dining room equipped with satellite TV and a well-appointed kitchen featuring a dishwasher and a washing machine. From here, you can access a beautiful covered terrace offering splendid views of the harbor—an ideal place to enjoy relaxing outdoor moments. Additionally, there is a guest WC on the ground floor for extra convenience.

On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms that provide restful nights. Two bathrooms ensure your daily comfort.

A standout feature of this home is its private boat slip, approximately 7 x 3 meters in size, located right at the harbor—perfect for boat owners. A parking space for one vehicle is also available.
