This exclusive and stylish holiday villa with a private swimming pool is located in Dénia, on the Costa Blanca, directly adjacent to the Montgó Nature Reserve. The house, with its spacious sun terrace, offers a fantastic panoramic view over the picturesque resort of Dénia and the sparkling sea.

The holiday villa consists of two apartments. On the upper floor, you will find a bright and airy living and dining room with satellite TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two double bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. From the living and dining area, you can directly access a beautiful covered terrace that offers a magnificent sea view and leads to the expansive pool terrace.

On the lower floor, there is an additional living room with a cozy sleeping area for two people, also equipped with satellite TV. Here, you will find another double bedroom and a modern bathroom. The living area opens directly to another terrace, which also offers breathtaking views of the sea.

The house also features a separate laundry room with a washing machine.

The outdoor area of the property is a true highlight. The fully enclosed plot ensures privacy and features a chill-out area and an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue. You will find a spacious sun terrace with a large private swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and stunning panoramic views over Dénia to the Mediterranean Sea.
