The upper floor welcomes you with a bright living and dining area equipped with a fireplace and satellite TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher and a washing machine. Also on the upper floor are three double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. From the large covered terrace, you can enjoy fantastic sea views and direct access to the spacious pool terrace.

The lower floor, which has a separate entrance, offers another living and dining area with satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom. You also have a terrace here with magnificent panoramic views of the sea.

The expansive, enclosed property provides a great deal of privacy. A generous sun terrace surrounds the private pool, inviting you to relax and sunbathe. For convivial barbecue evenings, there is a built-in barbecue area available. Additionally, parking is provided on the property.
