The charming holiday apartment is located in the center of Llançà, on the beautiful Costa Brava, and is just a short 200-meter walk from the beach. The apartment features a lovely terrace offering a fantastic panoramic view of Llançà’s marina and the sea.

Situated on the 2nd floor, the apartment boasts a bright living and dining room equipped with a fireplace and TV, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment includes a double bedroom and another bedroom that accommodates three people (with a bunk bed/trundle bed). There is one bathroom and an additional guest toilet. From the living area, you have direct access to the stunning terrace, where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the marina and the sea. A washing machine and a parking space (suitable for a small car) in the building’s garage are also available.

This holiday apartment combines a prime location with all the comforts you need for a relaxing vacation on the Costa Brava.

Llançà is a picturesque coastal town in Catalonia, just 15 kilometers from the French-Spanish border, nestled in a breathtaking landscape between mountains and sea. The town is divided into two areas: the original Llançà-Ort, which is centered around the charming, historic town square, Plaza Mayor, and the more modern Port de Llançà, which developed during the 20th century. Together, the two areas have a population of about 4,000 residents.
