There are a total of four bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one bedroom with three beds and an additional playroom, and one single bedroom. Two bathrooms are available for your convenience. From the living area, you have access to a beautiful covered terrace that offers breathtaking sea views—ideal for relaxing breakfasts or evening aperitifs while watching the sunset.

The enclosed property provides privacy and includes a large sun terrace where you can sunbathe after a refreshing swim in the private pool. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after a dip. There is a parking space in front of the house for your vehicle.

Please note that the owner lives in the upper floor at times. Air conditioning is included in the price, but additional charges for excessive use are payable on-site.
